100% of our donations go to making positive change in our community.
The BCCIC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization made up of ordinary, concerned citizens, who have been meeting to organize and work since the Spring of 2008. The BCCIC is not a part of the Village of Beach City government, but works closely with the Village and must get approval before beginning any projects.
The sole purpose of the Corporation shall be to promote, advance, and encourage the industrial, economic, commercial and civic development of Beach City, Ohio, by decreasing the burdens of the Village of Beach City and otherwise assisting in projects, including but not limited to the maintenance and purchase of public facilities and improvements.
One of our main goals is to foster civic pride in our citizenry by making improvements all around town that will benefit everyone living in or near our village. One of our projects is to create a central park with pavilions and playground equipment on the land of the former elementary building. In order to build the proposed park and facilities, money will need to be raised by donations, fundraisers and grants.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
* Some of the work has to be contracted out, but some can be performed by anyone willing help.
* Donations are always a great help. Leave your mark in the park by buying a brick. Order forms can be picked up at Village hall.
* Attend a BCCIC meeting - announcements about meetings are usually announced on the bottom of your utility bill and by flyers posted around town
Won't you help us improve Beach City, One Project at a time?
